Terms and conditions

1. Agreement to Terms. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SuperCat Casino (the "Casino"), which is operated by Atlantic Management B.V., a company registered under the laws of Curacao.

2. Acceptance of Terms. By creating an account, registering as a player, or making any use of the services offered by the Casino, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

6. Wagering Requirements. All winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount for no deposit free spins, unless otherwise specified in our promotional terms and conditions. Winnings from no deposit bonuses cannot be withdrawn until you have met this requirement.

7. Bonus Terms

• All bonuses offered by the Casino can only be used once per account.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, unless otherwise specified in our promotional terms and conditions.

• Upon termination of this Agreement you will not have access to your account for further play.

12. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.

13. Amendments

• The Casino reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website, except where we otherwise specify a later date for implementation.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us concerning your use of the Casino's services, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written, oral, or electronic.
